GEO-Ready Website Build · New York & Nationwide
Found by AI. Not just Google.
Websites structured to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

How AI Search Works
AI doesn’t search. It retrieves, synthesizes, and cites.
Your website must pass three evaluation stages before an AI system will name your business in an answer. Every zapical GEO-ready build is designed to pass all three — for the query categories your clients actually use.
01
Crawled
✓ Fast load, crawlable HTML, clean structure
✗ JS-blocked content, slow pages — never indexed
02
Retrieved
✓ Schema, entity clarity, topical authority
✗ No markup, thin content — never a candidate
03
Cited
✓ Specific claims, consistent data
✗ Generic copy, conflicting info — never named
What Is GEO
Two search channels. One website that wins both.
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) structures your website — content, technical architecture, and data markup — so AI-powered search systems can find, understand, extract, and cite it. Small businesses gain the most: GEO levels the citation gap that enterprise brands built over years.
Traditional SEO
Targets ranking algorithms. The objective is a high position on a results page. A user clicks a link and evaluates your business on arrival.
Outcome: traffic to your site.
GEO — AI Search
Targets the retrieval and synthesis systems of large language models. The objective is citation in a generated answer — your business named as the recommended provider before any click occurs.
Outcome: credibility established before the site visit.
The GEO Standard
Three signals every GEO-ready site must send
A site missing any of these three will underperform in AI search regardless of content quality.
Entity clarity
AI systems must clearly identify who your business is, what it does, where it operates, and what category it belongs to — through explicit Schema.org markup and consistent data across every touchpoint.
Topical authority
A single thin homepage establishes nothing. A structured set of service pages, FAQ content, and topic clusters gives AI systems the evidence to treat you as the authority in your category.
Technical retrievability
Fast load times, crawlable HTML, semantic structure, and complete structured data — so AI crawlers can actually access and parse what you publish.
Entity Architecture
Search engines know entities. Does yours know yours?
Entity architecture is the technical layer that makes your business identifiable, citable, and retrievable by AI search systems. Every zapical GEO-ready build implements all four entity layers — with sameAs links connecting your site to your profiles across the web, and NAP consistency at every touchpoint.

Organization
Legal name, type, contacts, social profiles — Schema.org/Organization with sameAs links.
LocalBusiness
Service area, hours, geography — Schema.org/LocalBusiness with GeoCoordinates.
Service
One entity per core service — name, description, provider, area served.
Person
For consultants and personal brands — founder entity with expertise properties.
Structured Data
Schema markup is the language AI search speaks. Is your site speaking it?
Eight schema types. Every service page. Implemented in JSON-LD, validated against Google’s Rich Results Test before launch, and re-validated with every content update.
LocalBusiness — Address, hours, service area, category — required for every local business
Organization — Legal entity, social profiles, sameAs links — required for all businesses
Service — One per core service: name, description, provider — required
WebSite — Site entity declaration with search action — required
BreadcrumbList — Page hierarchy for AI systems — recommended
FAQPage — Q&A pairs AI answers can quote verbatim — the highest-value type
Person — Founder entity — required for consultants and personal brands
Review / AggregateRating — Social proof signals — where reviews exist

Page Structure
Every service you offer deserves a page built to be found
Not a paragraph on the homepage. A dedicated page built to the GEO standard:
✓ H1 entity declaration — [Service] in [City] — [Business Name]
✓ 300–500 words of ICP-specific content with specific outcomes
✓ Schema.org/Service nested in LocalBusiness
✓ Named cities and neighborhoods served — explicit, not vague
✓ 4–6 FAQ questions matching real client query language
✓ Proof content: specific results, named client types
✓ Internal links connecting the topic cluster
✓ A clear CTA matched to buyer stage

How a GEO-ready site gets cited
Sample video — placeholder
Final video: 25-second RAG pipeline animation — a query enters the AI system, pages light up or dim based on GEO signals, and the GEO-ready site gets retrieved and cited. “Three stages. One chance to be found.”

Questions
GEO-ready builds, answered
What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) structures a website so AI-powered search systems can find, understand, and cite it in generated responses. Traditional SEO targets ranking algorithms — the output is a link on a results page. GEO targets AI retrieval systems — the output is a citation in a generated answer, where your business is named or recommended before any click occurs.
Why does GEO matter more for small businesses than for big brands?
Enterprise brands have years of citation equity across thousands of sources. Small businesses typically have thin citation footprints — AI systems have little evidence to draw on. A properly structured GEO-ready site provides those signals explicitly, achieving AI visibility that would otherwise take years of traditional SEO.
Can GEO be added to my existing website later?
Many GEO elements are architectural — entity structure, page templates, content planning, and schema are decisions made at build time. Retrofitting a non-GEO-ready site is significantly more expensive and less effective than building GEO-readiness in from the first template decision.
What schema markup does my site actually need?
Eight types: Organization (with sameAs links), LocalBusiness (specific sub-type, full properties), Service (one per core service), WebSite, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage (on every service page), Person (for consultants and personal brands), and Review/AggregateRating where reviews exist — all in validated JSON-LD.
What does the GEO-ready build include and how long does it take?
The core build covers architecture, design, WordPress development, all content, the full schema suite, Core Web Vitals optimization, Google Business Profile alignment, and Search Console + Analytics setup. Standard timeline is 28–30 days from brief to live site, with a 30-day GEO review after launch.
